All orders will be processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Shipping rates, charges, and delivery times will vary depending on products ordered as well as quantities. USPS and UPS have alternating schedules and delivery cycles that Lemyn cannot predict, but most orders will be shipped from the storage location no longer than 48 hours from order processing.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Lemyn purchase, please contact our customer service center at 1-877-262-1971 (Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Pacific Standard Time) and simply return the purchased products within thirty (30) days of the delivery. Please note that all promotional products, including free samples and gift with purchases, must be returned. We will be happy to credit your account for the amount of the purchase.

We recommend you please return all products unopened and in the same condition in which they were delivered and you. Please send your return(s) via USPS or UPS for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We're sorry but return shipping fees are nonrefundable.
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, and its content(s) rendered unusable, please save the box and the merchandise to us. Next, notify us immediately at 1-877-262-1971 (Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Pacific Standard Time). The carrier will be notified of the damaged package and the defective items will be replaced as soon as possible.
